Information We Collect

Quote-form submissions. When you request an estimate or send us a message, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, and project details. We use this to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and schedule or perform the work you request — and, when our advertising tools are active, to measure which ads lead to real project requests (see "Advertising Tools" below).

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting purposes.

Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic (page views, load performance, general location). It is cookie-less and does not track you individually across visits or build a profile of you.

How We Use Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and schedule or perform the work you request. When our advertising tools are active (see below), we also use it to measure which ads lead to real project requests. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Advertising Tools

We may use advertising and measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel (Meta/Facebook) and Google tags (including Google Ads and Google Analytics) to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies from Meta and Google to collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed or whether you submitted our quote form. When these tools are active, the contact details you submit through our quote form (name, phone, email) may also be shared with Meta and/or Google, in a one-way scrambled (hashed) form, so those platforms can match your submission to an ad you saw and measure whether it led to a real project request. This matching use is separate from the cookie-based tracking described above.

Data Retention

We keep quote-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for our business records, such as scheduling and accounting purposes.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for homeowners and property owners seeking contracting services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Governing Location
